Commission Structure:

All items bringing less than $5.00 will be donated to our designated charity: Fern Dell Historic Association

Collectables, box lots, jewelry, coins, glassware, linens, small items etc- 20% commission on all lots selling from $5.00 to $1,000.  A $2.00 tag fee collected at consigning.

Vehicles -15% commission on vehicles selling from $1,001 up. 20% commission on vehicles selling from $5.00 to $1,000.  A $20.00 tag fee collected on each vehicle at consigning. All vehicles must have clear title.

Guns- 12% commission on all guns. A $2.00 tag fee collected at consigning.

Buy Back Fee-5% will be deducted per lot bought back on auction day.

A 15% Buyers Premium will be charged to each item purchased at this auction. Advertising, labor, hall rental and added expenses will not be charged to the consignors. The Buyers Premium will apply to this 2008 Consignment auction and all future consignment auctions only.

All consignors must sign a consignment contract.

Gun Buyers must have a current FOID card. All Illinois gun laws & rules will apply to all purchases. Guns will be held at Riverside Sports Gun Shop in Geneva, IL.

Not responsible for accidents or items after they are sold. Announcements day of sale supersede all printed material. All sales are final and paid for in full the day of the auction. All items must be removed from the Fairgrounds the day of the auction.
