From Sandwich go West to Gletty Rd. by the airport, turn left or South on Gletty Rd. to County Line Rd. Turn right on to County Line Rd. and go straight once you stop at the 3 way stop. Turn left into the campground entrance off of County Line Road. Follow Holiday Drive to Karen Dr. Turn right and go to the first street which is Rustic Rook and turn left to the auction. TERMS OF REAL ESTATE :

All potential buyers need to be pre-approved to bid at the auction. The potential bidder will need to bring a cashier’s check for $5,000 to bid on each parcel of Real Estate which will be held in escrow until closing. At Lake Holiday as a member, the property owners to each side of the property has the “Right of First Refusal” of the highest bid on each property. Once they refuse the bid, then the buyers at the auction have to be approved as a new member before the Lake Holiday Board. The contract will be held as an offer when accepted by the seller and go through the necessary By Laws. The closing will be scheduled approximately 30 days or more from the auction depending on the “Right of Refusal” and the Approval process. The sellers will provide clear title and a survey. The property is being sold “AS IS” with no warranties or guarantees. Real Estate taxes will be prorated at closing. The sellers have the right to “accept or reject” any or all bids. Announcements day of sale supersede all printed material.
